the set consists of the following titles”Noake’s Guide to Worcestershire”, Published in 1868
”Worcester in Olden Times”, Published in 1869
”Worcester Sects, or A History of the Roman Catholics & Dissenters of Worcester”, Published in 1861
”The Rambler in Worcestershire or Stray Notes on Churches and Congregations
in Three Volumes Published in 1848, 1851 & 1854
”Worcestershire Relics” Published in 1877
”The Monastery and Cathedral of Worcester”, Published in 1866
”Worcestershire Nuggets” , Published in 1889
”Notes and Queries for Worcestershire”, Published in 1856all ten volumes have been uniformly bound in red half leather bindings with marbled paper covered boards, all bear the same bookplate of a dog, with no ownership name recorded, books measures 7 inches tall approx., most volumes illustrated with frontispieces, CONDITION
there is some mild sunning to the leather with a few small areas with loss of original colouring, a few minor scuffs else leather bindings are all generally in excellent condition, leather joints in good order with no cracking, internally heavy noticeable foxing to title pages and endpapers, occasional foxing within, though mostly contents are nice and cleanA RARE CHANCE TO OBTAIN TEN VOLUMES OF NOAKE’S BOOKS ON WORCESTERSHIRE HANDSOMELY BOUND IN OLD LEATHER BINDINGSBooks are Heavy
