Rare Victorian Era Case
Beautiful floral pattern on outside with engraving on the front and backdated 1851
I believe it is a card case but not certain. This case was accquired at the estate of a civil waar collector. the interorior of the the case is red and has a small notebook whichhas writing on the few of the pages.The case measures 3\"x2\" and folds openThe back of the case is not secure and looks like it hasa had some sort of repair done under the silver to keep it intact at some point in time. Please view pictures before offerdingI believe the front is engraved \"Mai\" and has the date 1851. the back is engraved \"O.P.\"
