This latest find comes from Estate of Jewelry Store Owner and is one many collectibles including almost 600 Retro/Vintage and Antique Pocket and Wrist Watches I was able to Purchase. A lot of his items him and his Father purchased over the years when a customer fell on hard times and needed money - This is one of those items and is a 1862 State of Georgia Confederacy Five ($5) Note in Very Good if not better condition. While it hasnt been graded bill shows some age wear - (minor coloring from age) but honestly doesnt look circulated. Bill is in a protective sleeve and has been kept in one since the 1950\'s - (Back of note has the 1863 Georgia Treasury stamp on it).
