Up for your consideration is a Very Nice The State of Alabama at Montgomery One Dollar Obsolete Note. This 1st Series One Dollar Note is Dated January 1, 1863 and has a serial number of 49356. This Note appears to be Nice Condition. There is folding and creasing and a few scattered pinholes and rough margins plus the upper left-hand corner is missing, there is a tear on the left-hand side and there are the remains of three hinges on the back of this note, but, all-in-all, this is a decent note.
