This is an original antique advertising booklet on Diamond Dyes and the Kidney Wort patent medicine sold by the company issued by Wells, Richardson & Co. of Burlington, Vermont. This is a booklet format of 32 pages plus the covers measuring about 5” x 3.5”. This booklet has color litho colors and a short story titled Cousin John’s Extravagant Wife, A Story by Emily Hayes along with several pages of advertising for the Kidney Wort cure-all patent medicine sold by the company at the end. Also included is some advertising on the company’s Flagship Diamond Dye line. This booklet isn’t dated but is an original 19th century antique that dates probably to the mid to late 1880s. This booklet has some dust staining to the covers and a few small spots and toning from age but is fully complete and otherwise in good shape. Email any questions. Thanks for looking.
