Very rare and original, 1884 James G. Blaine / John A. Logan Illustrated Presidential Election Ballot from the State of Connecticut. The Ballot lists the Democratic Party slate of candidates for Presidential and Vice Presidential Electors and the Democratic candidates for many other federal, state and local offices

This wonderful presidential Campaign ballot measures approx. 4 1/2\" by 8\" and features an artistic “jumble” of names of the Democratic national, state and local candidates. Text at the top of the Ballot reads “For President and Vice President of the United States / James G. Blaine & John A. Logan”. Below this text are listed the names of the Democratic Party Slate of Presidential Electors from the State of Connecticut in 1884 along with a multitude of Democratic candidates for National, State and Local offices. The design of the Ballot is complex and it makes for a wonderful display piece.

This rare and very attractive, 1884 Presidential Campaign Ballot is in very good condition with a very light soiling, a light central horizontal crease and two small added slips with candidates names.
