This is a 1887 Document from the Knights of the Golden Eagle. The document proclaims that there will be a new castleconstituted soon in Philadelphia, Pa. It names many of the members of the group. The GrandChief of Records is J.D. Barnes and the Grand Chief is Chas. H. Huston. There are some famous Philadelphians on the list: Longstreth, Bothwell, Tyson and Sayles. There is the Gold Seal on the bottom. The document measures 21 by 16 and is from a private accumulation. It has been in questionable storage for over a century.

Condition issues include torn and tattered edges, watermarks and stains, light soiling,missing pieces and creases. It was rolled up carelessly.
