This is a used pre owned pair of 1888 Presidential Campaign plates for President Benjamin Harrison and for Vice President Levi P. Morton. Both were elected and served one term from 1889 to 1893. Both plates have light crazing overall and some discoloration in the background. The images are good and there is only one small chip at the edge of the Harrison plate where the black spot is. I don\'t know what that is but it doesn\'t wash out. There are no other chips or cracks. No marks on the back as to who made them. Pretty good for china plates that are over 100 years old. I have searched all over the internet and can\'t find even one of these, so a pair is super rare.
