Up for sale is an 1894 so-called dollar or commemorative medallion, marking the California Midwinter Exposition held in San Francisco.Description: It is made from aluminum, and measures approximately 37mm in diameter. It corresponds with HK-249, the State Seal/Electric Tower Dollar. It is holed as made.It has been graded at UNC Details (Holed/Cleaned) and encapsulated. The \"holed\" designation is odd, as NGC has previously certified holed examples of this piece with no problems.Condition: Some tiny hairlines from wiping the piece are evident at a certain angle.
