This sale is for an antique Catholic Sick Call Set.

On the back of the two Communion plates it says : HomanSilverplate Co: Quadruple Plate; Special metal; Pat\'d April \'97; Sick CallOutfit

Items included:

1.A box made of oak with brass corners and a crosson the top. It closes tightly and is in good shape for its age. The lining ispurple satin and shows signs of use but is still firmly attached.

2.Silverplated candelabrum with attached water font - gold inside, acrucifix and two candle holders. This can be mounted on the inside lid of thebox. Crucifix also detaches from the candelabrum and goes into a separate stand

3.Stand to hold the crucifix

4.Two Silver Plates with \"I. H. S.\"deeply engraved, wreaths of oak and laurel leaves around borders (5 1/8\" diameter)

5.Silverplated Holy Water Sprinkler Handle withcross design. The horsehair is mostly missing.

6.Silverplated & interior gold cup/spoon withornate handle with a cross on it

7.Three candles - yellowed with age (or beeswax?)Two are marked \"Fifth Diocesan Eucharistic Congress, Painesville, Ohio May29-30, 1941\". The third candle has a torn piece of cellophane that says\"Eucharistic Congress.\"

8.Two Linen Napkins - They are old and obviously used with no markings

9.Old anointing cotton

10.5\" Wide, 11.5\" High,4 1/4\" Deep

Please be aware that these items are old. The gold interiorof the water font and the cup are discolored and/or wearing off. Please look atthe pictures carefully.
