God Bless you and have a great week! Letter is amazing to read! It gives first hand account.Of a man named Simeon Hazelton.Who was writing back to his momma D.C.Hazelton.In Washington,D.C.,in 1898. While the Spanish American war was raging! He must have worked for this company.That the letterhead reads.Germania Lead Works in Murray,Utah! He had to have gone to the Mormon Tabernacle their in 1898.The letter is fine in condition.The cover on the back.As you can see.Has a portion of the flap missing.. Talks about his life and what it is like in Murray Utah.But then he goes into detail.He speaks of the war in Spain with the U.S. Tells of the fight,war ships,etc...then he speaks of what the Head Apostles were saying to the Gentiles in the Tabernacle.A week ago today,one of the Apostle Mormon advised the Mormons not to enlist in the war...But then several days later they revoked the policy and told them to enlist. All I can think of is...the Mormon Church is Antagonistic to the Governement....now as it is always dictated in their policy a course in their hearts they would rather not follow.The Mormons are almost Aliens!
