1909 Antique Print Prudential Insurance Building Rummell Littig Orig Oak Frame:

I am selling a very old original William Rummell photogravure which dates to 1909. It was printed by the famous W T Littig Co. It features a street life rendering of The Prudential Home Office Building In Newark, NJ. The detail is amazing. It is a large format print and measures 30 inches by 21 3/4 inches. The frame is original to the print as it is embossed Prudential Insurance Of America. It measures 35 inches by 27 inches. All in all, the print has survived the years quite well but there are issues to note. The print has browned over the years which gives it an appealing patina. Very impressive and historic print which may be a one of a kind. Since the frame is embossed with the Prudential Company’s name it makes me wonder if it originally was displayed at the home office the image represents. It is paper mounted an a stiff paper board.
