Condition: VERY GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION. This 104-year-old has a clean, attractive and unworn exterior. Text is clean and complete. Binding is firm. No torn, loose or missing pages. A previous owner added a pastedown to the inside front cover containing a brief description of the book, along with its original price (looks like it was transcribed from a catalog).
