Spine toned and gilt lettering on spine lightly faded. Wear to top and bottom of spine and board tips. Inside, all pages and plates present and tightly bound. No writing, marks or odors. Boards securely attached. Light foxing to mainly the margins of the plates. Foxing within the text itself very minimal. There are sixteen color plates with labeled tissue-guards and 21 B&W illustrations by Arthur Rackham.
