CoThere is not a date on this picture/print, but I did some research on the company and they were in business during the 1920\'s and sold stationary, novelties, souvenirs, and some art (also found dates of 1912 and 1932 for this company) This is just to give an idea of the age.The paper on the picture/print is very thin and discolored on the back. It has some small holes (please see photos).It is titled The MonarchThe print is in a heavy wood frame. The front has an art deco detail. It is a faded blue with gold detail and gold paint around the top, sides, and bottom of the frame.The frame measures: 12 3/4\" x 9 3/4\"The photo and the cardboard backing is held in place by very small metal pieces (they look like very small metal diamond shapes). It was held on the wall with a string, but the string broke when I put the picture back in the frame.
