I think this sign is per-prohibition 1920s but it is possible it is from the 1930s. It is a extremely rare embossed metal-tin-sign. Atlas was a Chicago Brewery, Pre-Prohibition years were 1891-1920. When they opened back up in 1933 every sign i have seen reads Atlas Prager Beer.I think they have been closed for aboutt 60 years.THIS SIGN WAS NEVER USED, IT STILL HAS THE PAPER IT WAS SHIPPED WITH, YOU CAN SEE THE OUTLINE OF THE SIGN ON THE PAPER (SEE PICTURES). It has some surface rust. It also has a great patina. It measures 39.5 inches wide x 27.5 inches high.
