Here\'s the1925 SAALFIELD CHILDREN\'S CLOTH PICTUREBOOK \"THORNTON W. BURGESS ANIMAL PICTURES\", with illustrationsof Peter Rabbit and his friendsby HARRISON CADY. The book is 9\" tall and6 3/4\" wide.
See photos for a closer look.The book shows signs of heavy use, but it is complete and the colors are good. The book has multiple fold lines. There\'s the usual edge fraying and creasing found on this type of book.Could usea good pressing to flatten out some of the cornercreases. The black-and-white interior panels are neatly crayoned (can be removed) with a little scribbling in the margins, and there\'s some spotting at the lower right corners.A well-loved book (and deservedly so).
