Here we have probably the most famous Royal Doulton porcelain figurine \" The Old Balloon Seller\" HN 1315 issued between 1929 - 1998, designed by L. Harradine, made in England. This figurine is numbered 100 and also has the Letter L along with the Royal Doulton stamp on the bottom. She measures 7 5/8\" tall and is in excellent condition with one very small chip at the base , please see all photos. It is on the left back corner at the base of the chair. It is in excellent condition otherwise no other chips, cracks or repairs. A beautiful memorable piece. She retails for approximately $200.00.
