Part creepy, part whimsical - this vintage clown head is a neat piece of vintage carnival culture. We believe the item dates to either the 1920\'s or 1930\'s. During this time chalkware statues and items were often given as carnival prizes. Chalkware refers to items moulded out of plaster of Paris and was popular during the Great Depression and WWII.
