authentic, vintageca. 1930’s printed cloth (or woven paper?) “picture roll” [scroll]used in German elementary schools to teach the German language;

55” x 18” with sewn edges;

small wooden bar is sewn into bottom;

[Historical Significance.....Note use of “YudenMeier” for rhyming which was still acceptable at this time, probably before the Nazis usurped German society and “Juden” became derogatoryand not permitted in schools?].

Also, note image and use of “Mickey Mouse”.

Minor edge wear.Soiled on bottom outside or scrollwhere it would have been handled the most. Bottom bar is broken. Please use images to represent thecondition.
