A dramatic quilt from the 1930\'s in a Tulips pattern. Huge, bright red tulips!
Size - 67\" x 84\"
Fabric - cotton
This quit has 20 red tulips, each 8\" x 12\". Each tulip has a light green stem & leaves. They are appliqued on to the quilt w/black embroidery thread - tiny, careful blanket stitching. Cream background. Light green border - 3\" wide. 1/2\" wide cream binding. Thin batting. Cream backing.
Quilting - hand-quilted w/10 stitches per inch. Lots & lots of quilting! Quilted in long, vertical lines - 2\" apart - over the entire quilt.
Condition - overall good. The back has a dark storage fold line. There is a dark spot & a small water mark on the top. (please see pictures). Otherwise good condition.
