Offered is this antique 1930\'s Select-Em Coin Operated Dice game machine. It is being sold for restoration as there is water damage and old taped tears on cardboard face. It is marked Copyright 1933 Ex. Sup Co. CHGO.. It measures 10\" x 14\" (not counting coin inserter which is 3 1/2\" long) x 5\".
It is being sold for restoration. There is water damage mostly along the top and bottom edges and there are some taped tears to paper face on inside. There is a keyed lock that opens the wooden top. As I know very little about these things, I will describe as best I can the action I experienced:
Coin inserter appear to work fine. I inserted a nickle, the dice center spins. I think there is supposed to be a small metal ball in round area to left of dice circle (counter weight maybe?). Anyway although it spins, I didn\'t see any of the dice flip to a different number? I think with some effort to restore this, you can have a great piece of early gambling history for your collection. Weighs 14 lbs but with size of box and packaging, will ship as 17 lbs. or we can arrange for local pick up to zip code 23024 area.
