1937 English Silver Coronation Medal In 9kt. Gold Book Mark By Fortnum & Mason

From anestate, an unusual coronation commemorative book mark sold by very well known upscale London retailer Fortnum & Mason (founded in 1707), they have held a number of royal warrants over the years. The coronation medal (about thediameter of a U.S. silver dollar)is made from sterling silver, the book mark frame is 9kt. yellow gold and the piece weighs 20.83 grams. It is in near new condition with no monograms, damage or repairs. Quite an elegant piece, one of the nicest coronation items I\'ve ever seen of \" Bertie\" (\"The Kings Speech\"), King George VI.Free fully insured shipping to the USA .If you are outside of the USA, email for shipping terms ($18. to most countries) - I no longer ship to Italy or Greece. If paypal is a problem let me know & we\'ll work something out. I combine lots to save shipping costs, thank you for looking & good luck. ao?

Paypal isok, as areother forms of payment (inquire).

Shipping costs are generally in the lot description. I use a secure \"Safety Mailer\" to ship a small number of coins, and a larger padded envelope or priority flat rate boxes for quantity lots. I don\'t gouge on shipping but I charge a wee bit over the actual postage to cover these costs and cover the 13.5% commission that and PayPal charge me for shipping. I sometimes refund some shipping in cash if I can (if I like your profile & response). I sometimes ship to countries not listed, please email me to confirm.

We would all like to be paid a nanosecond after the sale closes, however if you need a little time let me know. If you would like to wait after winning a lot & combine it with an upcoming lot (saves shipping) let me know. If you want to pick up lots locally (and save shipping) let me know. I accept alternative payment venues to Paypal & sometimes share the savings, email if you need to. I am easy to do business with - I make any mistakes or errors good. Unfortunately I block buyers that I feel uncomfortable doing business with (unfair response, unreasonable returns, fraudulant undelivered lot claims, ect.). I share blocked buyer lists with other dealers.

I have been a coin & precious metals dealer in the Washington, D.C. area since 1967 (I joined the ANA that year, #59598). Trade & bank references are available on request. If you are seriously interested in coins, currency, et al have a peek at The Numismatic Bibliomania Society website (voted the Best on the Web). Click on the e-sylum (e-newsletter) and the current edition (it\'s published weekly). Heady, interesting reading - you might even find contributions from yours truly from time to time.
