If you’d prefer to use your own faucet, the price of the faucet can be refunded. Place your order as you would normally. In the checkout process you will see an option to add a note. Simply note that you would prefer no faucet and the price will be refunded.
If you would like to switch the faucet for another style that we carry; contact us to discuss options.
Color Customization:
We do offer the option of changing the color of the exterior sink basin. Any colors from our designer curated library are free of charge. (Click the last photo to see the colors we currently carry.) If you’d prefer to use your own color, we can use any shade from Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore or Farrow & Ball for a 100.00 fee.
Garbage Disposal Option:
Many of our sinks are already set up for a modern garbage disposal. If the sink you've selected has a 3.5" drain, it is ready for disposal installation. If the drain is less than 3.5", we are able to expand it at a cost of 275.00. To request this, simply complete the purchase as normal and put a note in the order that you'd like the drain expanded to 3.5". An invoice will be sent to the email address used to check out.

Most of our clients do request that we hold their items until they are ready for installation. We do offer 45 days of storage in our warehouse for free. We can accommodate longer storage at a cost of 75.00 per month.
*Once your item is purchased, it is pulled and readied for shipment. Any requests for measurements/extra photos can only be made within three days of purchase. After three days the item is crated and placed on an upper level until shipment. Any requests after this period require unpacking and repacking of the item and will incur a packing charge 75.00.

About Our Resurfacing Process:
Our process is patented and warrantied for five years. However, with proper care, the finish can last for decades. The process we use was developed almost 40 years ago and it involves stripping and acid etching the sink to open the pores of porcelain. We then use 1 coat of epoxy primer followed by 3 coats of a modified acrylic urethane. The process, prep work and layered coatings create a hard surface that is trusted by some of the largest hotel chains in the world, including Holiday Inn and Hilton. If you want your finish to last, the most important thing is how you clean it. Harsh chemicals like bleach or abrasive cleaners like comet will eventually ruin the finish of all porcelain sinks (including those refinished). Bleach and comet remove the protective glaze, which is how stains form on a tub. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Care & Maintenance Instructions
If you want to keep your refinished surface beautiful for years. Here’s how:

Do:
Clean regularly to prevent dirt and grease build-up.
Clean gently: warm water and liquid detergents such as Ivory or Dawn work well.
Other cleaners that will work well are: Dow Scrubbing Bubbles, Lysol Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away Bathroom/Kitchen cleaner, and Mr. Clean.

Don’t:
Use steel wool or scrubbing pad for cleaning.
Allow drain opening chemicals, nail polish remover, bleach or other harsh products to touch the finish.
Use suction cup mats or similar products on the finish.
Allow leaky faucets to continue for long periods of time.
