This listing is for a very nice JOIN THE MARCH OF DIMES Donation Collection Set.I did not see a date, however, I believe that it is from the late 1940\'s, after Roosevelt died as it references FDR \" If He Could Talk\".This item is from the Chicago Chapter. It is in very nice condition showing minimal signs of age or use. It was not used.There are slots for people to donate dimes and another slot for bills. A picture and message of FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT IS SHOWN,The coin hold is designed to fold over and to be sealed . There is an address and an area for a stamp.
