• Federal and Congressional offices, post offices, schools, and government buildings across the country feature presidential portraits. Now here is one of historical significance that you can have in your own home or collection.

• Roosevelt\'s third term in office began on January 20, 1941. For that occasion, the Washington Times-Herald printed a small color poster - most likely given out as an insert with that day\'s editions of the Times-Herald papers. Roosevelt\'s handwritten signature and date appears printed in the lower right-hand corner of this insert.

• Many people framed these posters to hang in their home, so they were smaller in size than those used in larger public spaces. This one measures 10.5\"W x 14\"L.

• The lower left-hand corner shows a small white rectangle, where the name \"Washington Times-Herald\" appears.

• The condition is very good, with no folds. There is a small 1/2\" tear in upper right-hand corner, 3/4\" inch from the top border. Also, the top left border shows some wear from handling. However, as either of the Keno brothers from Antiques Roadshow might say, \"These would be simple for a paper conservator to repair, if you wish to do so before framing.\"
