PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY-
This pencil is working great. Cosmetically, it shows only very minor signs of age and use, not too far from new condition, bright and shiny.It has not been polished or restored.The only wear I can find is a very small amount of scuffing just below the band, you can see it in the fourth photo down, it is very minor and some very minor marks on the tip, both of these things you have to look for to see.SHIPPING: We do not make money on shipping. PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS,Duty fees, taxes, etc. are NOT included and are the buyer\'s responsibility. No tracking is available for International First Class, so most items can only be shipped via Priority Mail International or Express Mail. I am sorry shipping costs can be high, but I have no control over it, but I will do what I can to keep costs down.
