Please email with any questions. 4\" tall Royal Worcester bone china pitcher produced for the Coronation of Elizabeth II, June 2, 1953. Black transfer decoration on cream ceramic molded with a face on the exterior of the pouring spout. I love the little cherub who flies over the portrait of the young Queen and is about to drop a laurel wreath on her royal noggin- also the angel freeing a bird. The stark black and white gives a modern sensibility to this nicely made piece. Condition is very nice- no chips, cracks or crazing.
