HEAD VASE # C 3959A With Original Jewelry and Real Brush Eyelashes c. 1959 Mint Condition Description- Wonderful large head vase made by NAPCO, Japan
- Model # C 3959A
- Dated 1959
- Complete with original faux pearl drop earrings
- She wears a hat with very extended side bow which matches her dress
- The rare feature is that her very prominent eyelashes are real individual brush lashes that have been dipped in clay and not the usual solid eyelash applied to each eye as shown in the close-up photo
- I have not seen anything like this in all my years of collecting head vases
- She is in virtually mint condition with no chips, hairlines and no wax residue and only very minor water marks on the inside; she could benefit from a thorough cleaning which I will leave to the new owner
- Her face is flawless with no signs of pottery glaze crazingBright red lips, perfectly arched eyebrows and blushed cheeks
- No paint loss other than a few brush strokes of lesser than perfect applied grey on the back rim of her hat
- Measures 5 3/4\" tall and base is 4 5/8\" across

- Please ignore all white spots on all photos caused by camera flash
- She would make a great addition to your head vase collection or a perfect gift for the collector
