Beautiful vintage Higbee\'s Cleveland handbag from England in a very dark navy blue looks black actually. Top clasp of purse is bakelite/ lucite in a brown swirl color with gold clasp. Interior is a tan in good condition in suede. Purse include a mirror. This purse very gently used see photos. It measures 10\" x 11 1/4\" at bottom x 8\" depth x 3\" on the bottom. Very classy purse from the 1960\'s, just beautiful.
