Description:

A handsomefella!Thisis an unusual 24\"-size,commercial counter-top animated Santa Claus figuremanufactured by the Harold Gale Display Company. He gracefully turns back-and-forth at the hipsto add a bit of cheery movement to department store Christmas displays!

This animated Harold Gale Santa istruly hard-to-find in thistwo-foot size Heis in exceptional, gently-used condition andwas obviously well taken care of and properly stored. His movement is smooth and graceful, the motor hums quietly.

Hisbodyfeatures a heavy steelleg framework firmly bolted to the base.He has a hollow styrene torso covering the motor. He is dressed in agarnet-red velvet suitwith off-white mohair-type trim anda white vinyl belt with chromium-plated buckle.His boots area heavy, black composition plastic material painted in white enamel. His face is molded polystyreneand expertly hand-painted with airbrush lacquers. Hisbeard is shimmering polyester olefin fibers (not the crinkled wool or fiberglass fibers of earlier Harold Gale Santas). His electric cord is 80\" long and heavy duty 3-wire with a grounded plug.

Santameasures 24\" tallfrom the soles of his shoes to the top ofhis hat and 8\" shoulder-to-shoulder. The round green flocked base measures 10\" diameter.

CONDITION:
~Santa isin excellent condition~No stains, holes, tears or other damage to his fabriccostume. None of the usualpaint rubs to the lacquer on his nose or cheeks.There are a few flakes to the white enamel on his bootsand a bit of dust and lint in the green flocking on the base ~all shown in our photos.
