1964/1965 Chicago Coin shuffle alley. sale. This was in my grandparents recreation room for over forty years. The machine was given to me in my grandmother\'s estate. I do not have room for it at my home. As much as it pains my heart, I have to let it go. I do not know a thing about these machines, other than having played this one, hundreds of times, over the course of my life, at my grandparents home. This machine is being sold IN AS IS CONDITION. NO WARRANTIES, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. Please look at all photos, ask questions, do your own research, and then make an informed decision, whether or not if you should offer. If these terms do not suit you, or if you do not plan on following through with the transaction, PLEASE DO NOT offer!! I am not an expert on vintage shuffle alleys. However I can tell you that once plugged in, the machine lights up. The scoring reels all return to zero. The game selector seems to work properly. All six player positions seem to register a score. The pins go up and down when the puck is passed under them. sometimes certain pins are sticky and remain up. I have seen the fourth player position continue to score until you reset the machine. Sometimes the seven ten split cycles up for no reason. These are the things I took notice to. A local repair man who works on these older games came and looked at it for me. He said that all the contacts need a good cleaning and that should straighten out most of the issues.Take that advice with a grain of salt.I am not saying this will fix any or all the issues I noticed. It will be up to the buyer, once in his/her possession, to assess the situation and make appropriate repairs. The game breaks down in two pieces, the back upright and the alley horizontal board. It is heavy.I moved it out of a ranch home in the basement, with a friend, without too much trouble. It fit in an eight foot bed pickup. That is all I can really tell you about the game. Local pickup only due to size and weight. Item must be picked up within ten days end of sale. I will NOT arrange shipping. Buyer is responsible to make any arrangements for pickup. Email me any questions or concerns. Thanks for looking and good luck offerding.
