Here\'s the 1970 Krewe of Okeanos 1000 Fine Silver High Relief Doubloon. The doubloon measures 39 mm or1 1/2\" indiameterandis in ExcellentCondition. Payment due within 48 hours of purchase. Note:The obverse features the Okeanos Logo. The reverse features a Beautiful Show Girl in Top Hat, Tails and Fish Net Stockings on Stage, the Masks of Cmedy and Tragedy and a Show Cardand reads \"SHOW BUSINESS...1970.\" This doubloon was designed by famed New Orleans Artist Blaine Kern and made in West Germany. The doubloon has \"1000\" stamped into its reverse at the 7 o\'clock position in the base of the Second Stage Light. This doubloon is much nicer than it appears in the photos. Great piece of Okeanos, Show Business and Mardi Gras Memorabilia! The 2016 Doubloon Guide lists this doubloon at $55.00. (Unless specifically described as toning, the gold, green, blue and purple hues seen on any item are the reflection of a Mardi Gras Banner which hangs above my desk.)
