Own a legit Vintage USAC raced sprint car with great documented history and a Slew of big names in the seat!! This is a true survivor. Carl FORBERG was an accomplished AAA & USAC midget driver and made 2 appearances in the famed Indianapolis 500. By the 60\'s Carl was done driving and turned SPRINT CAR OWNER. His famed Fluorescent (day-glow) Orange #16 raced the USAC circuit all through the 60\'s and into the early 70\'s untill it was just to old, heavy and worn out to compete. Carl then switched to THIS CAR. With GREAT LEGENDARY DRIVERS such as: Johnny Parsons, Ron Shuman, Pancho Carter, Jackie Howerton, and many MANY more saw great success in this \"FORBERG Spl.\"
I got the car in pieces missing only a few components and bars. I pulled original parts and pieces out of my own stock and assembled the car into a ROLLER one more. THERE IS A LOT LEFT TO DO TO MAKE THIS CAR RACE READY!!! But it\'s a Huge start and all the \"hard to find\" parts are there.. Including the HARDEST PART TO FIND WITH AN OLD RACE CAR--- REAL LEGIT HISTORY.
ALSO WITH THE CAR: I have the original cockpit Snap on cover, and an Original Crew Jacket!!!
