Works, thinks it plays raindrops. Marked 1970 Japan Sankyo on the bottom.

Approximately 7″ high x 4 1/2″ wide.

Condition

Used: Very small blemish at the bottom, looks like it was while it was being made. Possibly hairline crack in the top of umbrella.
