In GoodCondition,Clear Title.Brand newtires with heavy rating and recently packed wheel bearings. 8000 BTU AC unit, mini- Fridge, small microwave. 110-12v converter, interior and exteriorlights and outlets all working. Has all leveling jacks andfunctional door step. No holes interior/exterior(no leaks), solid floor. Tongue/hitch, axel is ingood shape. Needs one lexan windowand Counter-top replaced, can see in pictures. Also has Pole Canopy Included. Has 2\" ballhitch. Interior head room approx 6\'3\".

All gear boxes are working, recently broke rear lifting chain, parts ARE available online.

Has 110hook-up and water service.Gas stove with tank that needs to be connected and a used spare tire available.
