Up for sale here we have a Rare Limited Edition1975 Oregon State University Sterling Silver Plate Made by Franklin Mint and Issued by the Alumni Association. The plate is 8\" in diameter. It was in a wood/glass frame when we found it. Overall condition is very good. The back does have some light scratches from the frame it was in. This is a beautiful Sterling silver piece for any Oregon State Alumni. The total weight of the plate onour scale is 176 grams of solid sterling silver, but this is notscrap.
