One year after his 26 birthday HRH, Prince of Wales would deliver his first Speech to the House of Lords. It would focus on difficulties of adolescent and young adulthood, along with the importance of taming and channeling the \"excess\" energy into something that would benefit the individual and community. At such a young age, all of 27, he challenged his peers with his belief in the importance of the more affluent to perform \"voluntary services to community\". That if there was going to be progress, we must consider those who are in need and provide \"recreational services\" (Build parks and recreational services)to those on the outskirts of the Metropolitan arena. Improve roads for easier access, improving infrastructure to those in the Agricultural Community.
