This is an original, in perfect condition, invitation to the Inauguration of Ronald Reagan as President of the United States and George H.W. Bush as Vice President of the United States on January 20, 1981, at the US Capitol in Washington, DC (District of Columbia).The invitation is 8-1/2\" x 11-1/2\" and is printed on heavy card stock. The seal of the 1981 Inaugural Committee is embossed in gold on the top. All of the printing is raised, not surface printed.NOTE: I also am selling 1981 Invitations that were sent to VIPs in another sale on . They include the signatures of the Co-Chairs of the 1981 Presidential Inaugural Committee and are priced a few dollars higher. If you want one of each, simply buy one of each and I will combine into a single shipment with no additional postage costs.In order to protect the invitation in mailing, it will be wrapped in paper and then sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard.
