Up for offerding isthis extremely rare original production cel and hand painted fan art dragon background, that is used for presentation purposes only. The cel is from Don Bluth\'s Historical 1983 Laser Disc Video Game Dragon\'s Lair. It is a full figure of Dirk measuring about 2\" tall and 5\" wide. The cel measures about 10.5\" x 12.5\".
picture #3 above is a snapshot of the actual scene at 19 minutes 55 seconds in the video game!
It comes with a dragon hand painted background, used for presentation purposes only. It is painted on medium weight board with minor seperation at the top, but won\'t notice when flat or matted.
Realize that there is only about 22 minutes to this classic video game, so while original production animation cels are rare and will only grow in value throughout the years!!!
They made 1000\'s of Game Consoles but ANIMATION ART is a ONE OF A KIND!!
Dragon\'s Lair is a laserdisc video game published by Cinematronics in 1983. It featured animation created by ex- Disney animator Don Bluth.
It is currently one of only three video games (along with Pong and Pac-Man) currently housed at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C.
