For sale we have a 1988 McDonald’s Mickey\'sBirthday Land Happy Meal Toy; PLUTO\'S RUMBLER #4. In honor of Mickey’s 60th birthday, Disneyand McDonald’s partnered up to release these awesome little pullback racers,which, bonus, also came with a box you could turn into a tunnel. The cars included:
1: Donald\'sLocomotive
2: Minnie\'sConvertible
3: Goofy\'sSport-Coupe
4: Pluto\'sRumbler
5: Mickey\'sRoadster
The PLUTO’S RUMBLER and MICKEY\'SROADSTER have an ADDED FEATURE in that they will MAKE CIRCLES & POPWHEELIES AS WELL AS GO STRAIGHT. Leanthem back on the back wheels when you pull them back and the pin underneathwill cause them to do the extra tricks. Pluto’shead will turn from side to side. Pluto is not driving the car, but is sitting in the Rumble Seat.
In 1988 in celebration of Mickey Mouse’s 60th birthday Walt Disney Worldcelebrated by opening Mickey’s BIRTHDAYLAND. The land was themed as DUCKBURGthe town from the DUCKTALES show.Mickey’s BIRTHDAYLAND attractionsincluded: Grandma Duck’s Farm with live animals (chickens, ducks, goats,pigs, cows and miniature horses); Mickey’s house, including the Birthday Party Tentin the back yard which featured Minnie’s Surprise Party; Mickey Mouse meet andgreet in the dressing room at Mickey’s Hollywood Theatre and a train stationfor the Walt Disney World railroad, and a live show featuring Disneycharacters. At the end of Mickey’s 60th Birthday celebration on April221990, Mickey’s BIRTHDAYLAND closed and was reopened and renamed on May261990 to Mickey’s STARLAND. Mickey’s STARLAND was then later updated andbecame Mickey’s TOONTOWN Fair on June 29, 1996. Mickey’s TOONTOWN Fair wasclosed on February 11, 2011 in order to build the Fantasyland extension.
