1995 Easter BASKET WITH LINER, PROTECTOR & PROD. CARDS. The Longaberger patriarch, John Wendell, made Easter baskets for his twelve children each year. The Longaberger Easter series of baskets was one of the longest running as it was truly loved by all. This basket is in very good condition for being 24 years of age as it is clean, has no broken or chipped splints, includes the protector, liner and all original product cards. There is some fading that is to be expected when looking at vintage baskets. Beautiful set! Measures 7.5L x 5W x 6H.

The Longaberger Company, Dresden Ohio, created handwoven baskets out of hardwood maple sourced from the US, pottery, hand-forged wrought iron and other items for over forty years, from 1973 to 2018. Longaberger baskets were handwoven baskets and initialed by the artisan who created them. At the height of their business, the company employed over 4,000 weavers and 70,000 home sales consultants. As a consultant for over 20 years, I have a great deal of inventory that was either stored or used for display purposes. I also seek out excellent Longaberger items to bring to you online since the company has ceased operations.
