Description

This listing is for a late 19th century small French hinged pill or trinket box in the shape of a French 18th century dresser or chest. The box measures 1 1/4 by 1 1/8 by 5/8 inches or 34 by 30 by 17 mm. The top and all 4 sides are decorated in red and white enamels, The small box is heavy for it\'s size and is gold gilt over brass. The box is in excellent condition and the hinged cover is snug and tight.
