I tried a top from asimilar stove but itwasn\'t a fit. It might be on the stove in a picture but there are 3

It also has a lidded reservoir, fretwork warming shelf, working oven

and firewood doors, faux-grate door, detachable side hearth.

It was made circa 1910.
