One phone body has the following markings: TELEPHONE SET TA-312/PT, SPECIALTY ELECTRONICS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, ORDER NUMBER, FR-36-039-N-6-31639. Hand set marked H-60/PT.
Second body marked: KELLOGG SWITCHBOARD & SUPPLY COMPANY, A DIVISION OF I.T. & T. CORPORATION, ORDER NO. 29609-PH-56 U.S. Hand set marked: H-60/PT KELLOGG.
One bag marked: CASE TELEPHONE SET. CY12/7797/PT. FR-36-039N-6-31639(E)Other bag marked: CY-1277/PT. FOR TELEPHONE TA-43/PT. Hand writing in ink what appears to be \"HOEA CPL\".
Bags are heavy OD canvas with zipper top closurenot buckles on ends, no straps. Also have two openings on one side of each bag outlined with leather borders.Tested with new \"D\" cell flashlight batteries and 50\' of como wire between sets. Working fine, only problem is missing crank handle on one of the sets.
Phones are operated by pushing down button hand set to talk and releasing button to listen. Batteries are installed with one battery having positive end down and other battery having negative side down. Battery compartments, clean, no corrosion.
RINGERS WORKING BETWEEN TWO PHONES WHEN CRANKS TURNED. THERE IS AN INTERMITTANT PROBLEM WITH THE TALK FUNCTION. SOMETIMES THERE IS NO SOUND WHEN THE BUTTON ON ONE OF THE HANDSETS IS DEPRESSED. ONCE IN A WHILE IT WORKS FINE. COULD NOT FIND LOOSE CONNECTION OR DAMAGE, BUT SOMETIMES IT DOES NOT WORK. THEREFORE BEING SOLD AS IS. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTSCT ME.
