Cute little pair of art pottery pitchers or ewers made by Lefton in Japan.
They have a glossy pink finish, and applied fruit (peaches) and leaveson both front and back.
It has the Geo. Z. Lefton name printed on the bottom, and the larger old red-and-silver \"Lefton\'s\" foil sticker (on one pitcher only).
The Geo. Z. Lefton name was marked on Lefton items between 1950 and 1957, and this kind of sticker was used between 1946 and 1953, so it\'s safe to say these pitchers was made between 1950 and 1953.
The pitchers stands 6 inches (15.2cm) tall to the tip of the spout.
The pitchers are in perfect condition, with no chips, cracks or scratches. The applied fruit and leaf shapes are intact. There is no discoloration or crazing of the glaze, and the gold trim is bright and shiny with no signs of wear.
