Greetings! Picked these up at a local estate sale. These have not been cleaned, we leave that to you. Please see all pictures to help you assess and value. The only obvious issue that I see, is that one cover is missing from one spout. (not the tankard cover, this is the small spout cover.) I do not know if it is an optical illusion, but one of the spouts seems to be more “pushed in” then the other, creating more of a depression. (full disclosure!) These have been monogramed. (EMC). There are some small dings and dents, but nothing else of any significance noted. The handles are wood. These tankards stand 7 ¼” tall. The top opening is 2” across. The base measures 3 & 1/8” across. Covers are attached and hinged, as well as the one spout opening discussed prior. Hallmark is Lionel Alfred Crichton himself. (see photos, as I do not know how to read the following 3 characters of that British hallmark) The bottom of each tankard has the stamp: “Crichton & Comp, LTD”/New York & Chicago/Made in England”. The complete (with spout cover) tankard weighs 14.06 ounces, the other weighs 13.91 ounces. Great tankards! Thanks for looking and Happy offerding!
