This pair of vintage lamps is likely from the 1940s to 1950s time period. I purchased these from a beautiful estate in Pennsylvania and they are in gorgeous condition.
This listing is for the two brass table lamps, complete with the heavy brass harps and the top finials. Due to the difficulty in shipping the heavy brass bases with the more fragile lampshades I will not be shipping these together, so will be listing the two lampshades together in a separate listing, please contact me or visit my store.

Previous owner had these re-wired professionally to allow for a three way lightbulb use. I have tested both with a three way lightbulb and both work perfectly, they also work perfectly with the standard lightbulb.
The brass is in extremely good condition with only minimal normal surface wear, meaning just a few tiny little wear marks and very very light scratches. There are no heavy scratches and no heavy wear. I have taken a close up of the one spot on one lamp I consider not excellent.
After doing much research I cannot positively identified this as being Stiffel but they were sold to me as Stiffel and I have no reason to believe they are not. As any collector of Stiffel lamps knows, many of their lamps were never marked and some had small aluminum stickers with their name printed on the sockets but these labels often fell off. The sockets are not the original sockets so it is unknown if one of the stickers originally was on the original lamp socket. I have found other stifle lamps of the same design listed as being Stiffel. As you can see I removed a section of the felt bottom to verify that there is no hidden lead weight creating the heaviness of these lights. The heaviness of these lamps is due to the heavy weight of the brass metal.
