I have been most fortunate to know and call them friends John and Nancy Burke. John was a special carver and his humor was right there too. He was a fantastic guy and Nancy the same. she was a special lady on she run the business for John. In knowing them I have aquired the two books hat most carvers would treasure.. At my age and having to move into a structured home, I am offering all of my equipment, but these two books should be kept together. Carving indians and Mountain men was John forte..He loved carving. Nancy still keeps the school going for those who want to learn...Hope you enjoy these two books as much as I did...
