Orders can be ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment is receipt.
Tracking Information will be emailed to your registration email.
Please contact us if you have not received your order after more than 2 weeks.

Payment

All forms of payments are accepted with PayPal.
Orders paid via eCheck will take a few days to clear.
Discounts are available for combined shipments.
California residents are required to pay sales taxes.
Payment must be received within 7 business days.

Returns

All items are brand new. We offer refunds or exchange for defective items only.
Buyer must contact us via messages within 7 days after item is received.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued and must be filled out for processing.
Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fee (except if the wrong item was received).
We must receive your returned item at our processing facility within 60 days of purchase date.
A fee may be charged for any product returned without original packaging, missing parts or manuals, or after 60 days of purchase date.
Restocking Fee will be charged for any item(s) without original package, abused, altered, or damaged by accident. If the order is not found to be defective, we will only refund 80% of your original payment.
Please note return shipping is non-refundable. A full refund of original payment will be issued when return under these conditions.
